Last night on the boat and finally over my motion sickness. The sunset was beautiful and the weather was perfect. Just cool enough to need a light weight jacket. Shared a beer with Jennifer and Lisa watching the sunset and listening to a singer- songwriter. It was a good start for our last night on board.

It took me a while to acclimate to the constant movement but now that I have I am planning to end this vacation in style. Wasn’t much alcohol when I felt horrible. Tonight I think I am good to go.

Carnival is exactly like I thought. It is one big party. Most passengers in their 20s or 30s. There are several bachelorette and bachelor parties going on. Sadly we couldn’t keep up. We gave it a valiant effort the first night but that made day two a complete loss.

The ship is relatively small compared to other ships that cruise out of Galveston. Not sure if that is why I have felt the movement or the fact that we seem to be going full steam at all times.

We have a full night planned and I am hoping to make it.
